JOB PROFILE
Due to substantial growth, we are now seeking a part-time Finance & Admin Assistant to work with the Financial Controller and Project Management team.
Key responsibilities:
* General office duties (please note attendance in the office is required).
* General project administration duties such as chasing up contractor start dates, scopes, and project approvals to support the Project Management team.
* Processing supplier invoices and raising customer invoices.
* Assisting with credit control processes.
* Responding to customer calls.
* Coordinating daily financial tasks with the financial management team.
APPLICANT REQUIREMENTS
About you:
* Must have excellent telephone manner, communication skills.
* Must have administration experience in some form.
* Meticulous attention to detail and ability to perform tasks with accuracy and efficiency in mind.
* Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
* Good organizational and time-management skills.
* Strong team player with solid communication skills.
* Knowledge of Sage Accounting would be an advantage.
* Administration/finance experience within the construction or insurance industry would be an advantage.
HOURS & DAYS
* Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm, working from our offices in Whetstone
