This is an ideal role for lawyers who enjoy building lasting client relationships and delivering practical advice tailored to each individual's circumstances. You will work across a broad spectrum of private client matters, including:
1. Complex estate administration
2. Succession planning
3. Trust creation and management
4. Inheritance planning
5. Lasting Powers of Attorney
The role offers flexibility alongside the opportunity to handle high-quality work within a busy and growing practice. You will have the autonomy to manage your own caseload while benefiting from the support of colleagues who are committed to collaboration. Candidates with STEP qualifications or those currently working towards accreditation, will be particularly welcomed. We are looking for personable lawyers with at least two years' post-qualification experience who takes pride in building trust with clients. Strong communication skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage a varied workload effectively are essential.
