Glyn Hopkin are delighted to present the following Service Manager vacancy which will be based at our Watford site. The hours are 7.30am to 6.00pm - Monday to Friday.
Ideal candidate
* Good Management and IT skills
* The ability to work to deadlines while maintaining a high level of accuracy
* Good organisation skills
* Close attention to detail
* Team player, able to communicate with work colleagues on all levels
Main duties to include but are not limited to
* Variety of Site, Management and administration tasks
* Friendly customer facing appearance when greeting customers
* Liaise with Foreman, Technicians and Sales Manager
* Deal with customer queries and complaints
You will be working as part of a small but busy team.
