Overview
You will be working for a global technology player, reporting to the Head of Adobe Experience Platforms. The role covers four key initiatives:
* Consultation and Strategy: Collaborate with internal and external teams to understand marketing strategies and technical requirements, developing tailored solutions leveraging the full capabilities of Adobe Experience Platform (AEP).
* Optimisation and Best Practices: Analyse current use of Adobe solutions and identify opportunities for optimisation and enhancement. Recommend and implement best practices to maximize the effectiveness and efficiency of Adobe Experience Platform.
* Training & Enablement: Conduct training sessions and workshops to empower peers or junior team members with the knowledge and skills needed to effectively use Adobe Experience Platform and supporting systems. Create comprehensive documentation and resources to support ongoing Operations team enablement.
* Technical Support and Troubleshooting: Provide expert-level technical support to resolve any issues or challenges the Adobe Experience Platform team may encounter.
We are looking for an experienced Data Delivery Manager with a strong background in Digital Marketing Operations and the use of Adobe Experience Platform.
