Reports to: Smart Metering Manager Location: Nottingham Working hours: Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours a week Based in Nottingham, we are looking to expand our Smart Metering team within our operations department due to continued success & growth and have created an exciting opportunity for a Smart Metering advisor, ensuring an excellent standard of service is provided and maintained to our Yu Energy customers. What We Need from Yü Here’s a taste of what you’ll be doing: Ensure all smart metering queries and workstreams are resolved in line with agreed service level agreements (SLAs). Builds strong relationships with other teams across the business, both internally & with external clients as well. Ensure continuity by documenting and escalating required actions to management, identifying process irregularities, and defining ongoing operational needs. Act as a liaison between customer-facing and non-customer-facing teams to manage complex enquiries and ensure effective resolution for the customer Ensure business processes are robust. Resolve a broad range of customer enquiries across written and verbal channels by providing effective solutions To develop and maintain a good understanding of the systems and processes available to ensure an excellent customer experience. Monitor, action, and escalate issues to ensure timely completion of the customer journey and keep third parties informed. Ensure all requests are supported by accurate records so they are resolved within agreed timelines and standards.
