Sales and Customer Service Representative (Part Time)

Main duties: To provide excellent customer service and support with sales and partnership development
The role:
: Act as the first point of contact for private customers, affiliates and wholesalers.
: Process orders through the system and communicate order status with customer
: Manage the sales process from initial enquiry through to final delivery
: Liaise with the logistics and fulfilment team to ensure smooth operations and communicate lead times effectively
: Generate and follow up on leads to expand and grow the partner network and affiliate program
: Make proactive calls to ensure customer satisfaction and retention and identify areas for upselling
The candidate:
: Experience in a Sales and Customer Service role : Essential
: A strong interest in health and wellbeing : Essential
: Fluent in German to high business standard (written and spoken) : Beneficial
: Excellent communication skills
: Motivated, Proactive and Dynamic personality
: IT Literate and confident with Microsoft Office
