* As a Keyholder, managing store operations in the absence of a manager and ensuring a great customer experience. Applicants must be 18+ years old.
Note: This role can be physically demanding, involving lifting large furniture. You will have autonomy in your role and opportunities to expand your knowledge of BHF.
Previous retail experience isn't necessary; passion, energy, and excellent customer service skills are what matter most. You should be confident working in a team, guiding volunteers, and able to work under pressure independently in a dynamic environment.
