An established and welcoming primary school in Dartford is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Year 1 Teacher to join their team on a maternity cover basis until the end of the academic year.

The Role
* Full-time teaching position within a Year 1 class
* Planning, delivering and assessing engaging lessons in line with the KS1 curriculum
* Creating a positive and inclusive classroom environment
* Working collaboratively with colleagues, support staff, and parents
* Maintaining high standards of teaching, learning, and behaviour
The Ideal Candidate
* Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
* Have experience teaching within Key Stage 1, ideally Year 1
* Demonstrate strong classroom management skills
* Be committed, reliable, and enthusiastic about teaching
* Have a sound understanding of phonics and early learning strategies
