You’ll be the linchpin between clients, internal teams, and suppliers, ensuring deliverables are met on time, within scope, and with the highest standards of quality. Key Responsibilities: * Lead and manage end-to-end delivery of multiple projects * Coordinate with sales, design, operations and external stakeholders * Monitor timelines, budgets, and resource allocation * Handle all project-related client communication with professionalism * Ensure any changes or risks are addressed quickly and proactively * Maintain accurate documentation and reporting throughout project lifecycle * Drive process improvement and contribute to project strategy discussions Requirements What We’re Looking For: * Proven experience in managing multiple concurrent projects * Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills * Detail-focused with excellent time management * Ability to work under pressure without compromising on quality * Competent in Microsoft Office, project tracking software, and CRM systems * Experience within landscaping, furniture or construction industry desirable
