We are seeking an After Sales Support Executive to join our Operational Team. You will provide professional frontline technical support to our customers across various brands, responding directly to technical inquiries and offering first-time resolutions.
This role is based in our new offices in Marlow, with an option to work from home (to be agreed upon with your line manager after successful training).

Main Responsibilities:
* Provide best-in-class customer support with a focus on first-time resolution
* Develop relationships with Service Centre agents, dealers, and stakeholders
* Take ownership of customer interactions
* Authorize product collections and arrange repairs under guarantee
* Identify cost-saving opportunities and drive operational efficiency
* Support departmental projects from concept to delivery
* Continuously improve product knowledge and personal development
* Travel within the UK as needed
* Perform ad hoc duties as assigned
Skills and Experience:
* At least 1 year of customer service or sales support experience
* Ability to identify issues and provide effective solutions
* Excellent time management skills
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* Experience with CRM systems
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office
* Strong data entry, typing, and analytical skills
* Ability to build and maintain professional relationships
* Team player with the ability to work autonomously
