Responsibilities
As an Intern, you will develop a versatile set of hard and soft skills across diverse functions:
* Customer Service – handle reservations, resolve inquiries, and build rapport with customers.
* Sales & Marketing – connect with local business partners, grow your network, and build lasting relationships.
* Financial Control & Profitability – interpret profit and loss statements, control costs, and understand the financial mechanics of the business.
* Operations & Logistics – manage fleet, plan strategically, and drive performance.
* Leadership & Development – mentor, train, and develop teammates, with opportunities to manage and promote others.
Qualifications
* Undergraduate university students from any institution and subject area.
* Assessment is based on competencies; experience alone is not a determinant.
* Full manual UK or EU driving licence required. Accommodations provided for disability.
* No drug or alcohol related offence on driving record within the last five years.
