Work Schedule
Enjoy a balanced work-life with a Day Shift from Monday to Friday, totaling 40 hours per week.
Your Role
As a vital member of our team, you will:
* Collaborate with participants and staff to develop, implement, evaluate, and revise recovery plans.
* Act as a liaison with community agencies and families to ensure seamless coordination of care.
* Conduct ongoing assessments of participants’ mental health symptoms and responses to recovery plans, ensuring timely interventions.
* Review participants’ physical conditions annually and promote compliance with treatment for identified issues.
* Provide on-call crisis intervention coverage as assigned.
* Monitor medication compliance, efficacy, and side effects, while supervising self-administration as needed.
Qualifications
We are looking for candidates who meet the following criteria:
* Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Delaware.
* Bachelor’s degree in nursing is preferred.
* Ability to build supportive and trusting relationships with individuals facing severe and persistent mental illness.
* Knowledge of mental health and substance abuse systems and supports.
* Capability to work both independently and as part of a focused team.
* Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
* Strong organizational and analytical skills.
* A valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
