Main duties of the job
As a Care Home Manager at HC-One, you’ll value kindness above all. You’ll take responsibility for the well‑being of our Residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met. You’ll lead, motivate, mentor your team, and deliver clinical guidance and training to ensure the safe, smooth, and efficient running of the care home. You’ll carry out assessments, develop, implement, and evaluate individualised care plans for each Resident. You’ll monitor work areas and practices to ensure they are safe and comply with relevant standards, policies and legislation. You’ll promote the Residents’ independence, choice, dignity and respect, delivering the very best standards of care and striving for continuous improvement.
