Senior Event Operations Manager
Location: South London
Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 + bonus
We are currently recruiting for an established London event caterer. This caterer has gone from strength to strength and is now part of a larger group, enabling them to build on this growth and expand their offering further throughout the city and beyond!
They are now looking for a Senior Event Operations Manager to plan and oversee event operations from start to finish. This includes handling logistics, budgets, suppliers, and on-site teams to deliver seamless, top‑quality service.
* Lead end-to-end event operations: planning, setup/execution, breakdown
* Manage staffing, suppliers, and on-site teams
* Serve as client point of contact in the lead up to the event and on the day
* Ensure compliance with all H&S and venue regulations
* Supervise and develop event staff
What We’re Looking For
* 2+ years in catering/event operations (large-scale, high-end experience preferred)
* Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organisational skills
* London venue & greenfield catering operational knowledge
* Excellent client-facing and communication skills
