Your Key Responsibilities
As a Cover Supervisor, you will:
* Lead classes during teacher absences using materials already prepared
* Promote positive behaviour and engagement
* Confidently manage a range of subjects
* Support students across KS3 & KS4
* Be ready for short-notice or pre-arranged supply cover
Ideal Candidates

* Have school-based or youth work experience
* Can manage classroom behaviour effectively
* Are adaptable and confident delivering lessons
* Are a Cover Supervisor, aspiring teacher, or Fully Qualified Teacher
* Can get to Wisbech and nearby schools with ease
