This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a practical, hands-on environment and wants to support an engaging learning environment. Key Responsibilities: Prepare, set up, and maintain equipment, chemicals, and materials for science lessons. Ensure laboratories are safe, tidy, and fully compliant with health and safety regulations. Assist teachers during practical sessions and demonstrations as needed. Maintain stock levels, order supplies, and manage accurate inventories. Support pupils’ engagement in practical science by helping create interactive, well-resourced learning experiences. The Ideal Candidate: Has a strong interest or background in science (laboratory experience desirable but not essential). Demonstrates excellent organisation and time-management skills. Is proactive, practical, and able to work both independently and as part of a team. Understands the importance of safety in the lab and is willing to undertake any relevant training. Brings a positive attitude and a commitment to supporting young people's learning.
