The Role
You will teach Maths across KS3 and KS4, working within a department that values clarity, consistency and confidence-building. The Maths curriculum is carefully planned and sequenced, with shared schemes of work and assessment materials that allow ECTs to focus on developing strong classroom practice.
You’ll be supported to build effective routines, subject knowledge and behaviour management skills through regular mentoring and observation of experienced colleagues.
