Overview
In this role you will provide high‑quality care on a 2:1 basis, ensuring that the individual you support receives compassionate and attentive care tailored to their specific needs. You will engage with them in meaningful activities, take them out in the community to promote social interaction and well‑being, and support with household tasks to maintain a clean and organized living environment that fosters comfort and independence.
Responsibilities

* Communicate clearly and confidently in the person’s preferred manner to build a strong and trusting relationship.
Qualifications
* Full UK driving licence.
* Previous experience in supporting people with complex clinical needs, including epilepsy and PEG feeding.
* Empathetic approach and a caring, committed attitude.
