Role Description
This is a full-time, role for an Account Executive based out of the Birmingham location, in the United Kingdom. The Account Executive will be responsible for managing client relationships, negotiating contracts, and identifying new business opportunities predominantly across Birmingham, Manchester, Scotland and Ireland. Key responsibilities include maintaining existing accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions. The Account Executive will also contribute to achieving sales targets and actively supporting company growth initiatives.
Qualifications
* Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a proven ability to manage and grow accounts
* Proficiency in customer relationship management and a customer-oriented approach
* Effective communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
* Organizational and time-management expertise, with attention to detail
* Ability to identify new opportunities and contribute to strategic business development
* Experience in logistics, luxury goods, or related industries is an asset
* Willingness to travel across the UK and Ireland
* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
