Hugh Black & Sons Ltd is one of Scotland's leading retail butchery businesses with over 30 years trading experience, 13 retail outlets throughout Central Scotland, a Manufacturing Factory in Bathgate, West Lothian as well as a Boning Hall within Wishaw Abattoir.
We are currently looking for a full time butcher based in West Lothian.
Approx. 40 hours per week, subject to negotiation with successful candidate, but will include Saturday's.
Successful candidate must be an experienced butcher and must have a flair for retail sale.
The successful applicant should have excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities include:
* Preparation of butchery products for retail sale
* Customer Service
