Mentor and develop a high-performing finance team
Financial strategy
Set financial strategies in partnership with Product, People, Marketing, Support, Ops, and Data, anchored in customer value.
Lead finance transformation initiatives that increase efficiency, accuracy, and scalability of financial operations.
Planning, forecasting, and performance
Work with functional leads to understand performance drivers and improve outcomes.
Finance operations, controls, and risk
Oversee all core finance operations, treasury, payroll, AP/AR, financial reporting, and compliance.
Build and maintain robust financial controls and risk management practices that support smart, sustainable growth
Ensure financial systems are efficient, automated, and built to scale.
Stay ahead of regulatory requirements, including FCA-related compliance, audit readiness, and best practices.
Proven experience as a Finance Director or in a senior finance leadership role in a fast-growing business (ideally recurring revenue tech, subscription, or fintech).
Strong strategic thinking and commercial acumen.
Skilled in financial modelling, scenario planning, and building dynamic budgets.
Proven ability to lead and deliver finance transformation and scaling initiatives.
Strong grasp of financial regulations (ideally including FCA).
Experienced in systems, automation, and scaling finance operations.
