Head Chef | London | £55,000 | 40 Hours
An exciting opportunity for a strong, food-led Head Chef to lead a large-scale staff dining operation in London.
This is a high-volume site serving up to 3,500 people onsite daily.
You’ll lead a brigade of 15 chefs, supported by 6 kitchen porters and 2 delivery porters, driving standards, creativity and consistency across multiple food concepts.
We’re looking for a Head Chef who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys leading large teams and is passionate about fresh food, innovation and quality staff dining.
The food operation offers a diverse and modern dining experience, including freshly made pizzas, live pasta, risotto and noodle stations cooked to order, a rotisserie section, vibrant street food concepts, a chef’s table serving three plated dishes daily, and an extensive self-service salad bar.
