This role is a pivotal role in the team, overseeing various aspects of building projects and ensuring compliance with regulations. You will perform detailed inspections of buildings to assess their condition, identify defects, and recommend necessary repairs or improvements, as well as working with condition surveys and reports, dilapidations and project management. What you'll need to succeed You will have experience in a Building Surveying role, as well as being able to run your own jobs. You will ideally be MRICS or keen to work towards.
