Salary:£35,000 (OTE £51,000)

Our client is a real estate agent covering the area of Southwest London. Working within these wonderful areas over the last 25 years they have built an Estate Agents that delivers results for their clients in Residential sales, Lettings, Investment and Management with solid foundations for the company to continue performing and delivering.
Due to this continued growth, they are looking for a Senior Sales & Lettings Negotiator to join the team on a full-time basis. This will involve conducting valuations, viewings, (with all the associated paperwork for tenancy agreements, memorandum of sales, and compliance) winning instructions, communicating with clients and working within Chelsea, Pimlico, Battersea, Vauxhall, Nine Elms and Clapham and surrounding areas.
Candidates must have a consistent CV, be professional with proven reliability, well-presented and well-spoken, have experience ideally in both property sales and lettings. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with exceptional communication skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure

- Sales and letting experience (mandatory and ideally 2 plus years).
- ARLA qualified preferred
- Ideally 2.1 degree.
- Preferably living in easy distance of the Battersea Office.
