The Day To Day
* Providing high-level administrative support to Consultants.
* Assisting with the management of policy memberships and liaising directly with insurers (adding/removing members, updating personal details, etc.).
* Providing assistance with the day-to-day operations of the office (post, filing, data entry) ensuring all documentation is issued on time and correctly.
* Updating and maintaining our CRM system.
* Ensuring all data is handled securely and in line with GDPR and associated rules and regulations. Liaising with key stakeholders to maintain accurate records (Insurers, Consultants, Internal Management).

About You
* You’ll have strong administrative skills, ideally developed within a financial services or insurance organization, with working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
* A working knowledge of healthcare industry/products such as Private Medical Insurance, Health Cash Plans, Travel Insurance, Health Screening, etc.
* You’ll have a can-do attitude and be happy to assist key stakeholders with their requirements.
* Your skillset should include strong communication (written, verbal, video), administrative, time management, and IT skills, with an eye for detail.
* The ability to travel occasionally to our offices or other locations for training or meetings.
