About The Role

Administrator - Permanent Opportunity
DIVISION: Central LOCATION: Hillsborough, Northern Ireland

We are delighted to be recruiting for an experienced Administrator, to join us in our Hillsborough Head Office. This role will sit within the Integrated Management Systems (IMS) Team, which is responsible for facilitating the company processes and procedures.

Reporting to the Head of Integrated Management Systems, the Administrator will be responsible for the IMS process and documentation infrastructure across all divisions and regions.

Our ideal candidate will be process driven and will have the ability to balance priorities and deadlines. We are particularly interested in speaking with candidates who possess strong SharePoint skills and who are familiar with VISO.

Expected duties include:

1. Responsible for the IMS process and documentation infrastructure across the divisions and regions.
2. Ensuring GRAHAM processes and process maps are fully interconnected with appropriate inputs/outputs and conducting gap analysis to identify processes and process flows which need further development.
3. Facilitating the development of the IMS SharePoint platform to continuously improve system functionality for end users and central governance
4. Managing IMS Change Control process and oversee all updates to new and existing IMS processes and supporting documents.

Essential Requirements:

5. Relevant experience in a similar fast paced role.
6. Familiarity with the fundamentals of process mapping
7. Experience of managing and controlling processes/documents in SharePoint
8. Implement good working knowledge of MS Visio or similar process mapping / modelling software
Desirable Requirements:
9. Previous experience in a Construction organisation
