Our client is seeking a skilled E-Commerce Performance Account Manager to support a growing portfolio of online brands, as an Independent Contractor.
This fully remote opportunity is ideal for someone with a strong background in performance marketing and account management who thrives in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.
In this role, you'll be responsible for managing a group of e-commerce accounts, focusing on performance, relationship management, and strategic growth initiatives.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of 10-15 clients.
Lead regular strategy and performance calls with each client (typically every two weeks).
Analyse campaign data and store performance to identify opportunities and provide actionable insights.
Coordinate deliverables with internal teams, ensuring high-quality and timely execution.
Identify opportunities to improve account performance and recommend additional services when relevant.
Maintain clear documentation and reporting for each client’s account activity and outcomes.
Support alignment between client goals and team execution.
Desired Experience & Qualification:
Bachelor of Commerce Degree in marketing, business, or a related field (preferred but not essential)
Proven experience in e-commerce account or performance management
Strong knowledge of e-commerce strategy, marketing funnels, and customer journeys
Experience with Shopify (or similar platforms)
Comfortable analysing performance data and drawing out key insights
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Strong project management and multitasking ability
Fluent in English (written and verbal)
Must be available immediately and willing to work as an indepdendent contractor.
Must be willing to work US hours.
