The Opportunity

We are looking for an Italian Speaking Delivery Consultant to drive expert search and selection, manage key client relationships, and contribute to growth within existing and future accounts as we continue to scale globally.
What You’ll Be Doing
✅ Delivering top-tier technology and digital talent, managing permanent and contract hiring mandates for global enterprises.
✅ Managing and developing client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor and primary point of contact.
✅ Driving account growth, identifying new opportunities and deepening partnerships within key accounts.
✅ Executing strategic search and selection, leveraging market expertise to find and engage exceptional talent.
✅ Operating in an international environment, working across diverse markets with multinational clients.
