Shifts: Monday - Friday 08:00 - 16:30

Industries considered: All Warehouse backgrounds - Rolling Stock, Automotive, and Aerospace is desirable
Disciplines considered: Materials Controller, Stores, and Materials Scheduler and Planner

Position Summary
Work as part of a Logistics team led by the Stores Team Leader. The key duties involve controlling materials from suppliers to internal departments.
Key Responsibilities
1. Express delivery needs to suppliers
2. Follow up on deliveries and ensure the availability of goods for projects
3. Monitor supplier performance KPIs
4. Ensure and update the accuracy of material planning master data, in compliance with stock and logistic constraints
5. Create material planning documents (Call-off, Schedule Agreement) and respective source list
6. Communicate planning documents to suppliers and follow up for confirmation
7. Analyze supplier confirmations vs. company needs and evaluate risk/impact, anticipating issues on production/projects
8. Identify priorities related to risk/impact and set up recovery actions
9. Maintain delivery dates in terms of OTIF
10. Track missing parts until stock availability
11. Resolve receiving issues (overstock, shortage, damage, documentation, etc.)
12. Analyze and share delivery performance KPIs with stakeholders (internal & external)
13. Contribute to business risk assessments and mitigation plans
Personal Profile
* Basic PC skills, e.g., Microsoft Word/Excel
* Experience with SAP and/or Maximo systems is advantageous
* Must be self-motivated
* Fluent in English with good communication skills
