Patient Pathway Co-ordinator (secretary)
The purpose of this post is to actively manage the administrative processes of patient pathways, ensuring a smooth and efficient service for patients throughout their treatment by the Trust.
Responsibilities include:
1. Ensuring that all pathways are front validated at all stages of the pathway.
2. Actively chasing results to reduce treatment length of time.
3. Providing effective administration and typing services to the multidisciplinary team.
4. Booking appointments within appropriate time frames and contacting patients in time for their appointments.
