As part of our growth strategy, we are establishing an in-house wills and trusts planning service and seek an experienced TEP Practitioner and private client solicitor to lead this initiative.

This senior role offers the chance to develop and expand a new legal function within our firm. The successful candidate will collaborate with financial advisers and tax specialists to design estate planning solutions for high-net-worth clients.
With over 20 years of expertise, we handle numerous cases monthly. We previously used external providers for drafting wills and trusts but now aim to bring this function in-house, ensuring alignment with our existing structures and client advice.
The role involves setting up wills and associated pilot trusts.

Requirements
* Minimum 5 years' experience in wills, trusts, and estate planning

* Strong understanding of IHT, CGT, and trust taxation issues
* Commercially minded, collaborative, and able to operate with minimal supervision
* Comfortable working within a financial services environment
