Based in London, you will serve as the strategic lead across key sponsorship accounts, guiding clients and internal teams to deliver standout, industry‑leading activation work.

Key Responsibilities
* Lead the development and delivery of sponsorship activation strategies across client portfolio.
* Provide senior‑level direction to ensure campaigns are aligned, effective, and creatively ambitious.
* Collaborate with creative and account teams to embed sponsorship‑led thinking throughout the creative process.
* Assess rights schedules to ensure ideas are both feasible and fully optimised for brand value.
* Partner closely with strategy, creative, social, and media teams to deliver seamless, integrated work.
* Champion best‑practice processes and high‑performance collaboration across the agency.
* Drive campaign performance with a focus on expanding scopes, increasing revenue, and identifying new partnership opportunities.
* Spot and unlock organic growth opportunities through strategic client guidance.
* Build strong, trusted relationships with senior clients, acting as a key advisor on sponsorship strategy and activation.
* Support clients in shaping long‑term sponsorship plans that deliver meaningful business outcomes.
* Oversee multi‑channel sponsorship activations that bring integrated campaigns to life across platforms and audiences.
Requirements
* 8+ years of senior‑level experience in sports sponsorship (agency, rights‑holder, or brand side).
* Deep understanding of sponsorship rights, schedules, and how they drive brand value.
* Exceptional stakeholder and client management skills.
* Proven ability to deliver innovative, commercially impactful sponsorship campaigns.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills.
* A genuine passion for sport and sports culture.
