Warehouse Team Leader - Stewarts Christchurch
We’re looking for a highly organised, Warehouse Team Leader to support the smooth and efficient running of our Christchurch Garden Centre behind the scenes.
Working at the heart of our operations, you’ll lead the warehouse team, making sure deliveries are handled efficiently, stock is well managed, and everything is in the right place at the right time.

Key responsibilities:
* Oversee the day-to-day running of the warehouse/goods-in operation
* Lead, motivate, and organise your team to deliver high standards
* Ensure all deliveries are accurately checked and processed in line with company procedures
* Maintain excellent stock control, storage, and rotation practices
* Proactively identify and resolve any operational issues
