The ideal candidate will have main dealer experience, excellent customer service, upsales, and administration skills. Experience with RTC, One Link, and Kerridge would be a distinct advantage.

Service Advisor Requirements
* Meet and greet customers into the service reception
* Book in vehicles
* Raise and close job cards
* Gain authorizations for work to be carried out
* Liaise with the workshop regarding work in progress
* Arrange courtesy cars using the One Link system
* Costing, invoicing, customer handovers, and upselling
