The Role You'll take real ownership of your work from day one, trusted to advise clients directly and manage matters end-to-end. Advising on contracts, policies and day-to-day HR issues Handling disciplinaries, grievances, redundancies and restructures Leading TUPE and change management projects Managing discrimination, whistleblowing and unfair dismissal claims Running Employment Tribunal and High Court litigation Advising on executive exits and settlement agreements Alongside the work, you'll have the space to build relationships, contribute to business development in a way that feels natural, and support junior lawyers as the team continues to grow.
