As a Demi Chef de Partie, you will work closely with our Chef de Partie and the wider kitchen team to deliver outstanding dishes for our restaurant, bar, and events. Key Responsibilities: Assist in the preparation and cooking of high-quality dishes across various sections
Support the Chef de Partie in running your section efficiently and consistently
Ensure all food is presented to the highest standard, following recipes and plating guidelines
Maintain exceptional hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety standards
Contribute to a positive, supportive, and collaborative kitchen culture
Assist with stock management and minimise food waste
What were looking for Previous experience in a similar role or as a Commis Chef ready to step up
Passion for food and a desire to learn and grow
Good understanding of kitchen operations and food safety standards
Strong teamwork and communication skills
