About the Role
In your role as a Clinical Lead at HC One, Kindness will be at the core of everything you do. It touches upon every aspect of our Dementia, Nursing, Residential and Specialist care homes. Every single person who works here understands that our residents are people just like them with their own stories to tell. Responsibilities
* Ensure the level of clinical care we offer goes beyond professional standards, statutory, regulatory and legal requirements.
* Provide specialist nursing support and advice.
* Take responsibility for resident care in the Home Manager's absence.
* Supervise and coach colleagues to provide a service unparalleled in its empathy for resident issues.
* Mentor and share knowledge with colleagues, providing support as a practice supervisor and assessor to students.
* Communicate effectively, both verbally and in written form, and role‑model professional behaviours.
* Advocate and deliver a person‑centred approach to care for residents and their families.
* Recognise signs of abuse, harm or neglect, raise concerns and undertake safeguarding training and reporting procedures.
Qualifications and Requirements
* Registered Nurse with a valid NMC PIN number.
* Commitment to NMC standards of practice.
* Passion for mentoring and coaching colleagues.
* Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
