Farnborough Airport Limited is looking to recruit a Concierge team member who will report into the Customer Service Manager.
Within this role, you will work as part of a team to:
1. Ensure all visitors, including passengers, crews, and tenants/employees, always receive first-class hospitality.
2. Greet passengers and crew at the door, identify their flight, accompany them to the lounge as required, and handle their luggage appropriately.
3. Keep passengers waiting in the terminal informed about their flight status, guide them to the company vehicle when ready to board, and manage their luggage.
4. Offer Concierge services to passengers and crews, ensuring their requirements are met or providing alternatives.
5. Facilitate arrival and departure processes for passengers, including checks by Government agencies (Immigration, Customs, etc.).
6. Perform administrative duties when required and assist the Operations/Reception team as needed.
7. Demonstrate and promote the company values of Proud, Passionate, Ambition, and Together in daily work.
8. Participate in volunteering opportunities to support the company’s goal of being an Employer of Choice and Responsibility locally.
9. Adhere to company policies, procedures, and safety standards, including compliance with legislation and environmental standards.
10. Support the team with ad hoc activities and tasks as reasonably requested.
About you
1. Evidence of right to work in the UK.
2. Experience in a customer-facing role.
3. Full 5-year employment/education history with no unaccounted gaps.
4. Ability to obtain a clear Criminal Record Check (CRC) for security clearance.
5. Ability to obtain and maintain a Farnborough Airport Driving Permit.
6. Hold a full valid UK driving license or equivalent.
7. Experience in delivering first-class customer service.
8. Flexible approach and ability to work various shift patterns.
9. Airside driving experience.
10. Customer-facing/Concierge experience.
