* Manage a diverse caseload of residential property files from start to finish, with the support of an experienced Legal Assistant
* Play a pivotal role in strengthening client and agent relationships through active networking and marketing initiatives
* Demonstrate exceptional leadership skills, inspiring and mentoring junior members of the department
* Thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, working with minimal supervision
* Possess exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively engage with clients and colleagues
