Oversee packaging recycling and re-use processes. Organise core shuttles and packaging to production sites. Lead, motivate, and develop a small team in line with company objectives. Manage yard activities including scrap collection, material movements, and cleanliness standards. Act as lead for scrap sales. Organise direct-to-line packaging deliveries.
