Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Process Manager (PM) to lead our Single Aisle Major Receiving (SAMR) operations on Night shift. This is a frontline, customer‑facing role where you will be the champion for safety, quality, team development, and operational efficiency. As SAMR is the start of the industrial programme, you will directly impact the SA programme. Key attributes include agility, flexibility, and positivity, with an emphasis on safety first throughout.
The "Night Shift" Pattern: 4 nights per week (Monday to Thursday). Typical Hours: 20:45 – 06:00.
How You Will Contribute to the Team
* Drive safety culture and strict compliance while actively developing team competency, eliminating single‑point failures, and managing protocols.
* Execute on‑time, "Right First Time" operations and cross‑shift collaboration while driving continuous improvement and seamless new equipment integration.
* Control operational costs and budget compliance, log disruptions, and drive innovation through involvement schemes.
About You
* Previous experience in manufacturing operations and demonstrable expertise in Health & Safety standards (IOSH, NEBOSH, risk assessment creation, LOLER management, accident investigation).
* Competent with LEAN tools and techniques.
* Experienced in cost management.
* Experience working with various stakeholders, ability to lead and motivate an operational team, with a strong focus on team development and performance management.
