Littlefish is seeking an Onsite Engineer to join our growing Service Delivery team, office-based in Stevenage. This is a shift rota role, Mon-Fri am shift 06:00 to 14:30 and pm shift 14:00 to 22:00.
Responsibilities
* Provide walk-up on-site technical support to a range of users, including desktop/laptop/printer/application issues and installations.
* Conduct floorwalking visits and, where required, visit various client sites; report to the On-site Support Team Leader.
* Deliver a VIP-level customer service, demonstrating empathy, professionalism, urgency, and ownership to resolve issues.
* Communicate effectively with customers and manage technical queries in line with Littlefish standards and customer-specific SLAs.
* Provide basic network/server troubleshooting and administration as part of on-site support.
What we’re looking for
* Previous experience in an IT support role.
* Knowledge of ITSM.
* Strong IT-related problem-solving skills.
* Working knowledge of IT infrastructure across up-to-date technologies including:
o Desktop/laptop/printer hardware
o Office 365
o Exchange
o Windows 11 & macOS
o Active Directory and iOS
o Deployment technologies such as InTune
o Working within a Managed Service Provider (MSP)
