Your new role
As a Modern Slavery Outreach Services Manager, you will lead the operational delivery of outreach services for victims of modern slavery and human trafficking. This is a pivotal role where you will manage a dedicated team, oversee referrals, ensurepliance with contractual obligations, and maintain high-quality standards across service delivery. You will also engage with clients to improve their experience, respond toplaints, and collaborate with external stakeholders to strengthen partnerships. The role includes managing health and safety, safeguarding, and contributing to strategic development. You will also participate in an on-call rota to provide urgent support when needed.
What you'll need to succeed
1. Degree-level education or equivalent experience.
2. Proven experience in managing needs-led services, including risk assessment and support planning.
3. Strong background in safeguarding and working with vulnerable adults and children.
4. Experience in managingplex casework and supervising staff.
5. Knowledge of modern slavery, trafficking indicators, and the National Referral Mechanism.
6. Excellentmunication, organisational, and partnership-building skills.
7. Ability to work under pressure, prioritise effectively, and maintain resilience.
8. Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
9. Ability to work occasional evenings/weekends as part of an on-call rota.

10. Salary: £36, – £41, (dependent on experience).
