Are you an experienced team manager looking for an opportunity to work with a leading mental health organisation?
You will be providing operational line management for the Practitioner Relationship Management Team including training, coaching and mentoring support. Delivering against agreed business objectives, operating in line with Onebright values and creating a positive learning environment.
You will be managing relationships with Onebright’s Network Practitioners, ensuring delivery against Key Performance Indicators (KPI) and Service Level Agreement (SLA). Supporting the the Clinical Network Governance team in ensuring Onebright are referring to high quality Practitioners. You will be managing session control and promoting ED&I practices.
What We Need From You
* A-Level or equivalent
* Minimum of three years’ experience working in a Psychological Therapies service in public/private healthcare
* Minimum of three years’ operational experience managing teams
* Experience of dealing with people management issues.
* Experience of dealing with service quality issues / complaints
