Customer Service Apprentice - Fixed Term Contract – 18 months
We are looking to recruit a Customer Service Apprentice to join our team based from our office in Leeds, LS10 1BL. This is a full time role, working 40 hours per week between 08:00 and 17:00, Monday to Friday. This is a fully office based role.
About the Role.
As a Customer Service Apprentice, you will train to deliver the highest quality service, working efficiently and safely in line with best practice, whilst achieving excellent customer experience results.
As our Customer Service Apprentice, you will also be completing a Level 2 Customer Service Practitioner Apprenticeship through Heart of Yorkshire Education Group (Wakefield College). This is an in house apprenticeship with the majority of contact with the college being delivered online.

Entry Requirements
6. GCSE Maths and English grade 4-9 (C-A*) or Functional Skills Level 2.
7. Willingness to develop strong communication skills, both verbally and in writing.
8. An interest in gaining experience in a customer-focused environment.
9. Previous Customer Service experience is desirable
