About The Role
Zero-hours Cleaning role designed to support operational cover across our sites. No minimum hours are guaranteed, and shifts will be offered based on business needs. We are looking for someone who is flexible and able to support ad hoc cover when available. You will have the flexibility to accept or decline shifts offered.
Hourly Rate: £13.45

What you’ll be doing
- Dedicate your time on site to going the extra mile and seamlessly meeting the needs of Atlas’ clients.
- Be inducted at the start of your contract and receive training within the first week of work on how to deliver the cleaning specification and use the equipment.
- Provide a high standard of customer care through your focus across different shift hours.
- Handle site‑based equipment and cleaning materials – full training provided.
- Replenish consumables such as paper towels, soap, toilet paper and bin liners.
- Empty all litter bins into appropriate waste and recycling containers.
- Ensure cleaning is completed to the highest standards at all times.
- Maintain Health and Safety standards at all times – Atlas will provide full preparation and guidance.

- Have an attitude to thrive and cleaning experience (although we can fully train you from scratch if you match our positive and thoughtful approach).
- Ability to carry out the physical aspects of the role.
- Basic level of spoken English – required for safety communication and interaction with the public and management team.
- Good social skills to deliver service with a smile.
- Right to work in the UK – please bring evidence to the interview.
