Role Overview
We require a mid to senior VP level resource to coordinate the execution of the sanctions organisational redesign programme. This role will involve close coordination across multiple teams including Business, Operations, Finance, and HR to ensure a smooth transition to the Target Operating Model for the Bank.
Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate and manage the execution of the sanctions organisational redesign.
* Engage and liaise with multiple internal teams to ensure alignment and smooth transition.
* Support project governance and structured project management activities.
* Facilitate stakeholder management across diverse functions.
* Ensure timely delivery of redesign milestones and objectives.
Key Skills and Experience
* Structured project management experience at mid to senior VP level within Financial Service industry.
* Strong stakeholder management skills.
* Understanding of organisational structure and underlying processes is highly desirable.
* Sanctions knowledge is beneficial but not essential.
* Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and managing complex organisational change.
