Infinitek is working with a leading conveyancing firm with offices across the UK. Were recruiting for ambitious and passionate Legal Property Manager to join their growing team in a remote role.

Their conveyancing teams are highly rated for client service, and now theyre looking for talented professionals with solid conveyancing experience and strong client care skills to help drive further success.
The Role
Youll manage a mixed caseload of freehold, leasehold, new build, and shared ownership transactions, tailored to your level of expertise. Alongside a competitive base salary, youll have the opportunity to earn an additional £8K£12K per annum through the bonus scheme. Key Responsibilities
Handle sales and purchases from instruction through to completion, liaising with all parties including mortgage brokers, estate agents, solicitors, and clients.
Build strong relationships with clients and third parties, ensuring proactive communication and regular updates.
Deliver exceptional service to clients, introducers, and stakeholders.
Identify potential risks and resolve issues to protect both clients and the business.
Maintain files in good order, ensuring compliance with SLAs, regulatory, and statutory requirements.
Prepare and issue contract papers on related sales.
Manage and respond to sale enquiries.
Review and analyse search results.
Organise workload to meet KPIs, particularly targeting exchanges and completions at the start of each month.
Liaise with mortgage lenders regarding the release of funds.
Oversee exchange of contracts and legal completion.
What Youll Need
Minimum of 2 years conveyancing experience managing your own caseload.
Strong passion for delivering excellent client service.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
