Production Manager - The Role
In this pivotal role, you will cultivate a thriving culture and recruit & unite teams, driving continuous improvement through your strategic vision and exceptional people management. Opportunities for innovation and fresh perspectives abound, allowing you to spearhead progress.
To be clear the site is brand new, we are looking to set a path, recruit key team members who align to the vision.
You'll oversee Production and CI functions through your direct reports.
Collaborating with the Plant Director (who oversees 2 locations) you’ll be running the day to day operation and working with the wider peer group, you'll share ideas across the different locations and sister sites, fostering best practices and building relationships.
What Will You Need to Be Successful?
Essential Requirements:
* Proven Production or Operational Management experience in a GMP environment.
* Passion for Continuous Improvement.
* Strong skills in structured people development and knowledge.
* Experience in the manufacturing Industry.
As highlighted throughout this advert, this role revolves around working with and developing people. You'll need exceptional skills combined with finely-tuned operational management knowledge.
Advantageous should you hold experience of developing a site from the ground up / greenfield development knowledge but not essential.
