Your mission is to investigate, resolve, and deliver actions that improve performance and efficiency across production assets. You will be responsible for: Operating and optimising water treatment sites to ensure consistent, high-quality output. Maintaining required skills and competence under the WATER LTO Scheme. Completing planned cyclic tasks on time and accurately recording reactive tasks. Conducting weekly reviews and providing input and support where needed. Delivering reliable, accurate, and complete asset performance data. Analysing recurring process issues and recommending effective solutions. Working towards an accredited qualification relevant to your role, alongside health & safety, technical, and behavioural training courses. This role will cover a range of locations in the surrounding area. What we are looking for: Strong numeracy skills, computer literacy, and the ability to manage reporting and data across multiple platforms. A minimum of 5 GCSEs (A–C) or equivalent, including Maths, English, and a Science or Technology subject. A full UK driving licence. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with resilience, self-motivation, and strong problem-solving skills. Excellent diagnostic, planning, and organisational abilities. Clear communication skills for sharing information and data effectively. Knowledge of safe systems of work, company policies, statutory regulations, and operational/maintenance procedures.
